How do I whitelist IP addresses for the programmatic API?

You can whitelist up to 5 static IPs from your Dashboard under Settings > Developer > API Keys. Select the active token and input your CIDR ranges.

Why are my clips rendering with a watermark on the Standard plan?

Standard plans include watermark-free exports. If you're seeing a watermark, make sure your subscription is active (check Settings > Billing). If the issue persists, try logging out and back in to refresh your session token.

How do I connect my YouTube channel for auto-import?

Go to Dashboard > Social Accounts > Connect YouTube. You'll be redirected to Google OAuth. Once authorized, new uploads will appear in your media library automatically within 15 minutes of publishing.
